It's been a while.

I just noticed that I never really finished or concluded our epic road trip. Since the last entry we traveled through Texas and then up to Kentucky and toured the Makers Mark distillery.

We had a great, great, great time on the road trip. It was fantastic to experience what this country has to offer what with it's amazing cities, cultures and terrain. Just seeing the terrain go from the Great Plains to the Rocky Mountains was impressive. Add in a change of wildlife and weather--well, you get the picture.

It will be a while before we go on anymore trips but this blog will be used to document them when we travel again.
